SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

QUACLO is offering FREE SHIPPING IN INDIA.

We use reliable courier companies like Delivery, Blue Dart to ship the products which are completely insured.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME: -

  • Our team attempts their best, to dispatch all the orders within 48 working hours of confirming the order.
  • After dispatching the order, our courier partner takes around 5-6 working days for delivery.
  • We follow “No dispatch day” on Saturday – Sunday and public holidays. Meaning, orders placed on Saturday – Sunday are processed on Mondays.
  • Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts only.
  • For COD, our courier partner will confirm your presence before delivery. It is very easy to arrange re-delivery; in case you are not available during delivery, you can also pick it up from their location

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • For international delivery, the shipping charges are based on the destination, number of items purchased and total weight as well as dimension of the package and customer need to pay shipping.
  • For international orders, we rely on DHL Express and our courier partner takes around 7-8 working days for delivery.
  • After we receive your order, our team will share the commercial invoice including shipping charge of your order.
  •  We will start processing your order after we receive the payment.
  • VAT/customs taxes and duties are not under our control and we are not responsible for the same. VAT/custom and import duties are not included in our ordering process and it will solely be the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your shipment is handed over to the courier company, we will send you an email confirming the shipment of the order.
  • These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.
  • Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier partner’s website.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed or revised once the order has been shipped.
  • If a courier service is not available in your area, we will contact you and try to find another convenient delivery location served by our courier partners.
  • In the event that the recipient is unavailable, the future modes operand is at the sole discretion of the Courier Company and https://quaclo.com/ will have no responsibility in this regard.

SHIPMENT DELAYS

  • We shall not be responsible for any unforeseen time delays by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by www.quaclo.in for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
  • If shipping is being delayed for any reason because the ordered item is out of stock or there is an unusual delay in fulfilling an order, we will notify you by e-mail or by call.
