Return and Exchange Policy
Our aim at QuaClo.com is to ensure purchase satisfaction to each of our client. We believe that every transaction should be pleasant and convenient.
Nonetheless, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the shipped goods then our Return and Exchange policy comes handy. In case of absence of purchase satisfaction you can email us with the reason that why you want us to return or exchange.

Return Policy
- We give our customers 72 Hours inspection period, so you must notify us about the need of exchange within 72 Hours of receiving the package.
- We only provide one exchange per order in under any circumstances, we don’t provide a second exchange.
- No exchange will be valid if you notify us after 72 Hours of receiving the goods. To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them. Products should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging box. You’ll also need the payment receipt or proof of purchase
- In case we don't have your desired size available, you will be entitled to choose an alternate product of the same amount.
- If the exchanged goods are found in altered state then the shipment will be returned to the buyer.
- If the purchase of the product you wish to return included any special offer then the additional item(s) must also be returned.
- All shipping costs, VAT, export duties, shipping and insurance charges, and the return costs are solely to be borne by the customer and that will not be refunded.
- The products to be exchanged must be insured, paid for in advance, and through a traceable and renowned carrier.
- Special or Customize orders do not bear a return or exchange policy.
- Please ensure to raise an exchange request with us prior to sending the products back, products shipped without raising exchange request will not be accepted
Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of Products
We urge customers to verify the ordered items and quantities before accepting the shipment from the logistics provider. Please note the following:
At the Time of Delivery
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us *within 24 hours* post-delivery if the item is defective/damaged/incorrect. We'll look into the situation right away and provide the best resolution.
Post-Delivery Action

If you find a manufacturing defect, damage, or receive an incorrect item, please email us at info@quaclo.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Your email should include comprehensive details along with clear pictures of the issue. This will help our Customer Support Team investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Quality Check and Resolution
- Our Quality Check team will verify the reported defects. Once confirmed, we will contact you to arrange for the appropriate action, including repairs, exchanges, or replacements.
- Please ensure that the product returned is in fresh, unworn condition, with all original tags intact and undamaged.
NOTE: Reporting of defective/damaged/incorrect products *post 24 hours* will not be entertained.
Reverse Pickup & Delivery

For Exchanges: We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product and dispatch the exchanged garment as soon as we receive the original product.

Shipping Charges: The customer will not bear the courier charges for exchange.
Colors
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in device screens and monitors, we cannot guarantee perfect color accuracy.
Cancellation Policy
- Products that are dispatched from our end are not eligible for cancellation.
- Cancellations can only be entertained if the order is still processing and not dispatched.
If you request our assistance or suggestions in selecting the goods, please understand that we can only make suggestions and cannot guarantee that the suggested particulars will work. Thus, we won’t be able to waive the re-stocking fee on such returns. Please make sure that what you order is what you want. Please note: The above limitations do not apply if the shipment is defective. In such case, we request you to inform us your preference among a refund, exchange, or credit applied to your next order, beforehand.
Refunds may take between 2-4 weeks to process so please bear with us.
